This beautiful dark green, very mild spinach-like small Japanese mustard is easy to grow. It has glossy spoon-shaped dark green leaves which form perfect rosettes. Good in salads, stir fried, or steamed. Grow all year; more heat-tolerant than other salad brassicas. Seed it in early spring and throughout the summer into early fall.
