A Southwestern favourite for stuffing (chile rellenos), grilling, and roasting. Medium-tall high-yield plant produces uniform, 6” to 8” long by 2” wide fruits that ripen to mahogany-red, but are usually eaten green. The flesh is thick and crisp with a delicious mild heat and a richly satisfying chili flavour.
