Costata Romanesco Zucchini, golden Zucchini (Y), Dark Star Zucchini (R); A light green zucchini, a yellow zucchini and dark green zucchini, all delicious. Start indoors in mid-April and transplant in May when danger of frost has passed, cover with floating row cover while the nights are still cool. Or direct seed when the weather is good. Plant every 3’ or 1 metre. Prefers rich soil, add compost when planting. Harvest often when young and tender.
