Also called Alma Paprika. A beautiful 2”, circular pepper that resembles an apple. Originally from Hungary, it has a nice, mildly spicy flavour and thick, crunchy flesh. Excellent for fresh salsa or on pizza. The compact plant carries its fruit clusters at the top. Peppers begin yellow-white and turns rosy-red when ripe.
