Not a pretty tomato but possibly our best-tasting variety. Very large plant produces large, flat beefsteak-size juicy seedy fruit with green skin and flesh which turns paler when ripe. It is a favourite with chefs due to its sweet, rich flavour and perfect size for slicing. Indeterminate.
