Osaka Purple Mustard
A unique mustard from Japan perfect for braising, and very attractive in mixed salads when young. The broad, fringed purple leaves have green undersides and thick white stems, with a sweet, mildly spicy flavour. Use as cut-and-come-again by harvesting leaves continuously, as it is slower to bolt than other mustards. It thrives from earliest spring into the winter.
