Cool season herb with ferny, dark green foliage. Looks similar to parsley and has a pleasant anise flavour. An important herb in French cuisine. Excellent in salads, fish and egg dishes, sauces, and herbed vinaigrettes. Grows best in spring and fall. Shade tolerant. Self-seeds. Hardy Annual.
